You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable grace period, typically 30 days.
While QMS Zone is designed to assist with GDP compliance, ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with you. The Service is a tool to support your compliance efforts, not a guarantee of compliance.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
